Paralegal/Insured Docket Analyst
Responsibilities: Provide paralegal support to our insured docket team. Manage and organize case materials for a large multi-case docket, including all electronic files and case management database applications; Liaise between client and WC team to filter and find pointed solutions to requests. Track and model data in preparation of quarterly and annual reports and bi-weekly client meetings. Prepare and analyze budget data, open/closed matters, and other docket information. Prepare regular status reports to the client for both the insured docket and commercial docket, and prepare materials for client meetings. Maintain personal injury/Medicare reporting spreadsheets. Prepare for and attend trials.
