Litigation Paralegal Employer Defense Fully Remote

Profile

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our employer-defense employment law practice. This role supports attorneys handling employment litigation and administrative disputes, including wage & hour, wrongful termination, PAGA, Class Action and FEHA discrimination claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with attorneys through all phases of employment litigation

• Client interaction as coordinated with attorneys 

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas

• Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars 

• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Assist with discovery responses, trial preparation, and settlement materials

• Ensure compliance with court rules and litigation procedures

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (employment law preferred)

• Strong knowledge of litigation documents and procedures

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
