Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day litigation tasks, including drafting and filing motions, conducting discovery, and preparing cases for trial.
• Represent clients in court appearances, trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support case preparation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure a coordinated approach to litigation.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and affidavits.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
• Significant litigation and trial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
