is currently seeking motivated & experienced  Automotive Service Advisors

. We are a family-owned business located in Riverdale UT. We pride our self in customer service & a great work environment. We are looking for motivated individuals that can train and grow with our organization.

An Automotive Service Advisor, is responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers

Advise customers regarding dealer service offerings

Monitor & update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs

Advise customers of products, limited time offers & promotions

Schedule appointments

Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances

Process orders & transactions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Automotive training or equivalent work experience preferred

Two years of automotive industry experience preferred

Automotive mechanical & electrical knowledge preferred

Customer service experience

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record required

Must be able to drive automatic & manual transmission vehicles
