Job Title: Attorney At Law

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and services related to elder law and estate planning.
• Draft, review, and execute legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Represent clients in court and during administrative proceedings.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and develop customized estate plans.
• Advise clients on issues such as Medicaid planning, probate, and guardianship.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive planning for clients.
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
• Participate in community outreach and educational events to promote the firm's services.
• Manage case files and ensure all legal documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning or a related legal field.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of elder law and estate planning principles.
