A law firm in Oceanside, CA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of family law cases, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Job Details:

• Draft court forms and documents, including pleadings, agreements, declarations, stipulations, discovery, and MSA's.
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and the firm, presenting legal arguments effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the attorney team and paralegals, ensuring comprehensive support throughout all stages of family law cases, from Petition to Judgment.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate efficient case management.
• Utilize knowledge of Essential Forms and Abacus (experience with these tools is a bonus).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Proficient in drafting various legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, and discovery.
• Strong oral advocacy skills for court appearances.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and client interactions.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
