Duties

• Advise on executive compensation and employee benefit matters in M&A transactions.
• Provide counsel on public-company executive compensation issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Draft and review compensation-related documents and agreements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Experience with M&A transactions, particularly in private equity.
• Admitted or eligible to seek admission to the California bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission or eligibility.
