  • Draft legal briefs, motions, and other documents as required.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on employment-based cases.
  • Excellent writing and client service skills.
  • Strong case management abilities.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for client service and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in New York State.
