• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding immigration procedures and strategies.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
• Communicate with government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide current and accurate advice.
• Handle client consultations, providing clear and actionable legal advice.
• Draft legal briefs, motions, and other documents as required.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on employment-based cases.
• Excellent writing and client service skills.
• Strong case management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
