Duties

• Meet with clients to assess their immigration needs.

• Assist clients seeking asylum or other forms of protection.
• Prepare clients for interviews and hearings.
• Stay updated on immigration laws and policy changes.
• Provide guidance on case strategies and client inquiries.

Requirements

• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in US Immigration Law.
• Proficient with new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a high-paced environment.
• Proficient with Google Suite or related software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited US law school.

Certifications

• Active State Bar membership in Texas.
