Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate Social Security Disability claims thoroughly, ensuring all relevant information is considered.

  • Prepare clients for hearings and represent them with professionalism and confidence.
  • Conduct skillful cross-examinations during legal proceedings to challenge opposing evidence.
  • Present cases in front of judges with expertise, advocating effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with clients, judges, and other relevant parties.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Draft legal documents, briefs, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
  • Stay informed about updates and changes in Social Security Disability law to provide the best possible representation.

Requirements

  • Admission to a State Bar or currently awaiting Bar exam results.
  • Preferably graduated in the top 30% of law school class.
  • Participation in Moot Court or Law Review is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting cross-examinations and presenting cases in court.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education & Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to a State Bar (either currently admitted or pending results).
