Labor & Employment Associate
The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience to join the Compliance, Training, and Transactions team within the Labor and Employment group in our DC, Florham Park, New York, or Philadelphia offices. Experience in international employment, advising on employment issues in M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), and counseling employers on various employment matters, including hiring, terminations, wage-hour, disability and leave management, discrimination and harassment, separation agreements, and employment policies. Candidates must be proficient in contract drafting, excellent analytical and writing skills, a willingness to work across offices, and deal experience. Experience in international employment law analysis and working on employment-related matters in corporate transactions strongly preferred.
