Candidate will cases in both federal and state courts throughout the United States and we are always on the lookout for new and lateral associates with the talent, interest and motivation necessary to become skilled trial lawyers. Will work on a wide range of challenging matters and are each given a caseload for which they will have primary day-to-day responsibility. Under the guidance of a supervising partner, should expect to be involved in client contact, legal research, court conferences, motions, depositions and even trials. This “hands on” approach gets the attorney into court early and often, thereby fostering the knowledge, confidence and poise that only actual experience can offer.
