The candidate should possess expertise in managing complex coverage risks, including liability, casualty, professional, executive, financial, environmental, property, and health care coverage.

Duties

• Handle various complex insurance coverage matters.
• Engage in litigation related to general liability and commercial litigation.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
• Manage confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance coverage.
• Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or New York.
• Experience in general liability and/or commercial litigation is a plus.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in New Jersey and/or New York.
