Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring that Tyson Foods quality standards are met for the receiving of ingredients, batch production, pellet/crumble quality production, and finished feed distribution. This position will be responsible to contribute to the operation of the Feed Mill during designated working hours (approx. 45 hours per week). Applicant will assist in the day to day operations, including making feed, loading trucks, unloading trucks, filling micro bins and aiding in keeping the mill clean. Assist maintenance when necessary to trouble shoot repairs. Applicant must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Must be able to read and understand manuals. Must have good math skills along with basic computer skills, emphasis on Excel and Word while executing and documenting work completed. Strong written and oral communications skills. A Class A CDL is preferred but not required. Must be able to bend, climb, twist, lift and able to work in all environments of the feed mill facility. Applicant will maintain 98% attendance, adhere to all safety policies and perform other duties as necessary and as assigned by department lead and/or management.
