Duties

• Negotiate and draft sponsorship and naming rights agreements.
• Manage multi-media and procurement agreements.
• Handle franchise acquisition and disposition agreements.
• Oversee venue development and operations agreements.
• Coordinate advertising, promotional, and merchandising agreements.
• Facilitate suite, club, and premium seating licensing.
• Negotiate concessionaire and food and beverage agreements.
• Draft team and venue license agreements.
• Engage in joint venture and media rights agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sports-related transactions.
• Substantial direct law firm experience preferred.
• Membership in good standing with the bar of the state of residence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of practice.
