Duties

• Represent fund sponsors in the formation of private investment funds.

• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents related to fund formation.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with private investment funds and related vehicles.
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
