Associate Attorney
The candidate must have an active Nevada Bar license in good standing. In addition, the associate attorney must have a strong desire to be in Court representing individuals and small businesses. Should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be highly detailed-oriented, be a self-starter, and be a team player. Should be ready and willing to work independently but with guidance and direction from other attorneys. Should be able to handle a full caseload and will be held accountable for meeting billable time requirements.
