Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle civil and complex litigation cases, focusing on construction defects, product liability, insurance coverage, and general liability.
• Work with Federal, State, and County jurisdictions effectively.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, co-workers, and outside counsel.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in all interactions.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior attorneys.

Requirements:

• 1-7 years of legal experience, with 1-5 years in civil litigation.
• Knowledge of courts, IManage, Outlook, Serengeti Tracker, and Time Matters software.
• Ability to work independently and multitask while paying attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to retain confidentiality of the attorney-client relationship.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Skills:

• Experience in civil and complex litigation, focusing on construction defects, product liability, insurance coverage, and general liability.
• Proficiency in legal software such as IManage, Outlook, Serengeti Tracker, and Time Matters.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
