Duties:

• Handle complex litigation, products liability defense, and class action cases.
• Draft pleadings and discovery documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Manage document production and case management.
• Argue discovery and other motions in state and federal courts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in complex litigation, class actions, and products liability.
• Strong ability in drafting legal documents and case management.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.
