A law firm seeks a motivated and dynamic senior associate or special counsel to join its national and international insurance coverage practice in Philadelphia or New Jersey. The role involves collaboration on complex commercial insurance coverage litigation.

Duties

• Analyze coverage issues and draft coverage opinions.
• Prepare pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Conduct discovery in complex insurance litigation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences and argue motions.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of relevant coverage experience.
• Strong litigation background.
• Admitted and in good standing in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
