The candidate will be handling cases in the areas of complex litigation including general casualty defense work, product liability, and commercial litigation. Drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Must be admitted to practice in Washington. Should have a strong academic record, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Should have the ability to develop creative legal strategies. Should possess good organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Must be eager to assume responsibility.
