Duties

• Conduct and manage high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance.
• Develop global trademark filing and enforcement programs.
• Manage large global trademark portfolios.
• Handle TTAB proceedings (preferred but not required).

Requirements

• 5+ years of significant brand management experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.

Skills
