The candidate must be a lateral associate with 2-5 years of energy (electricity and/or natural gas) regulatory experience. Should preferably have an understanding of public utility rate-making and experience before a state public utility commission and/or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Experience in the following areas would be a plus: renewable energy markets and development; regulatory approvals for mergers and acquisitions and transmission/pipeline development; energy procurement and contracting; and energy project finance.
