Exchange Agreement Specialist
The candidate will manage workload distribution for the Associates using dashboard and shared email box. Gather, process and file all follow-up documentation for exchange agreements. Manage the NDA/MTA/DUA routing system, report analysis and generation. Review contract terms under supervision dealing with nondisclosure agreements, material transfer agreements and data use agreements. Create policies and procedures for information management and work flow in the Office of Exchange Agreements. Enter records, and manage both electronic (databases) and paper records. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding contracts, follow-up documentation, workload, and other office related procedures and processes. Perform other duties as assigned.
