Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal law matters in local and federal courts.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and plea deals where appropriate.
• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, courts, and legal teams.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys for case strategy development and mentorship.

Requirements:

• Active Texas law license.
• 2 years of criminal experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree (preferred).
