Duties:

• Advocate for clients throughout all phases of workers’ compensation proceedings

• Conduct legal research and draft strategic plans tailored to each case

• Participate in hearings, negotiate settlements, and maintain client relationships

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to gather and analyze case evidence

• Prepare legal documents and filings for hearings and settlements

• Maintain and manage a caseload while meeting deadlines and client needs

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation or relevant legal internships

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment

• Strong desire to learn and build a successful litigation practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing
