Legal Assistant

The candidate will prepare legal documents: i.e., letters, correspondence, briefs, and pleadings. Proofreading legal documents. Maintain client files. Communicate with clients. Meeting coordination. Maintain attorney calendar. Complete administrative tasks as needed. Should have 3 plus years of experience. Should have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiar with State and Federal court filings, including submission of electronic filings, is required. Must be highly organized. Should have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Knowledge of iManage preferred. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
