Duties:

• Perform all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Assist in representing clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

• Active SC Bar License.
• Experience in Real Estate, Community Associations, Zoning & Regulatory, and related legal matters.
• Competent legal and correspondence drafting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active SC Bar License.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
