Duties

• Conduct new client consultations
• Attend court, mediations, and depositions
• Research and prepare cases for court
• Participate in case reviews and team trainings
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
• Ensure a high-quality client experience
• Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish

Requirements

• Licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing
• Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• North Carolina Bar License

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Proficient in legal research and writing
