Requirements

• Strong foundation in civil litigation and insurance defense.
• Experience drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions.
• Proven ability to practice in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
• Hands-on experience with trials from preparation through post-trial motions.
• Skill in conducting depositions and preparing witnesses.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Michigan.
