Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Demonstrative writing skills.
• Experience with loans, joint ventures, entity documents, and leases.
