Finance and Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm in New York is seeking a Finance and Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess litigation experience in Co-op/Condo, Commercial, Construction, Bankruptcy, and/or Distressed Assets areas. This role requires managing high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters, demonstrating independence, producing quality legal work, and contributing to business development efforts.

Job Details:

• Manage high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills for effective communication with attorneys and clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements.

Experience:

• 2 years' experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.
• Preferably 3-8 years' experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.

Skills:

• Litigation experience in Co-op/Condo, Commercial, Construction, Bankruptcy, and/or Distressed Assets.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Independence and productivity in legal work.
• Interest in advancing a career in Finance and Real Estate.
• Business development and client management skills.
