Patent Attorney (Electrical Engineering)
The candidate' must have a background in Electrical Engineering or related discipline including physics or computer science. Experience with patent drafting and prosecution is a plus. A master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is preferred. A background in optics, signal processing, software, or computer networking experience is preferred. Should have outstanding writing and interpersonal skills, as well as strong academic credentials in technical and legal areas. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school with admission to at least one state bar is required. A demonstrated ability to work with clients and develop and execute strategies is important.
