A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Mid-Level Associate in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of civil litigation experience in business, commercial, or construction litigation. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases independently and contribute to a dynamic team within a global law firm.

Duties

• Manage cases from inception to conclusion.
• Conduct factual investigations and research.
• Draft research memos, motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery.
• Research relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions and argue motions.
• Conduct and manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery.
• Prepare for, assist in, and conduct hearings and trials.
• Assist in business development and marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of business, commercial, or construction litigation experience.
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
• Outstanding legal research skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
