Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Litigation Associate for its Irvine, CA office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across various industries, both nationally and internationally.

Duties

• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Conduct legal research.
• Manage traditional and electronic discovery.
• Assist with or take and defend depositions.
• Appear before state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Three to six years of litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred.
• Good standing with the California Bar.
• Federal clerkship is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
