Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch Waxman litigation, and disputes counseling, to join their IP practice.

Duties

• Engage in pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch Waxman cases.
• Provide strategic counseling on patent disputes.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals on complex cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant patent litigation.
• Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or equivalent field.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Membership in the Bar in the United States.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or related field.
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office preferred.
