Duties

• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients to guide them through legal challenges

• Develop case strategies and conduct legal research, drafting, and courtroom representation

• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented and supportive environment

• Participate in firm-sponsored training, mentorship, and strategic business development

• Engage in client communication, status updates, and preparation for hearings and trials

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for family law and client advocacy

• Strong ability to handle dynamic, emotionally sensitive cases

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Interest in continuous professional development and learning

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Washington

• Member in good standing with the Washington State Bar
