Duties:

• Lead litigation and arbitration teams in high-stakes construction and engineering disputes
• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, particularly in construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors
• Develop case strategies to meet client goals, ensuring exceptional client service
• Oversee case documentation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Advocate effectively in court and arbitration settings, providing both written and oral representation
• Coordinate case progression, maintaining efficient communication with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally with international arbitration exposure
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or energy disputes
• Proven leadership skills in managing case strategy and legal teams
• Local bar admission for the relevant office location
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar license in the state of the chosen office location
