Duties:

• Handle litigation cases involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.

• Represent employers in court, administrative hearings, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.

• Provide strategic legal advice on labor and employment laws and regulatory compliance.

• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents.

• Engage in settlement negotiations and client counseling.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for employment law background.

• Active New Mexico Bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly.

• Strong understanding of employment-related state and federal agency procedures.

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
