Duties

• Consult with prospective clients and gather necessary information for planning.
• Review and update estate plans for current and former clients.
• Handle client engagement and fee quoting processes.
• Draft and review estate planning documents to meet client needs.
• Conduct client reviews and explain estate plans.
• Refer clients to financial advisors when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed notes of meetings and communications.
• Participate in regular department and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney by California State Bar.
• State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Estate Planning.
• Knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Education

• Licensed attorney by California State Bar.

Certifications

• State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate preferred.
• Notary Public preferred.
