The candidate will be managing full case load from case inception to post-trial. Conferring with clients. Drafting demands. Negotiating settlements. Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law. Attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and arbitrations. Should be a graduate from law school in the top third of their law school class. Should be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Must be proficient in Lexis Nexis, MS Word and Excel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, and other office staff in a professional manner required. Ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
