Duties

• Lead and manage litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Develop strategic case plans and drive successful outcomes.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, motions, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Negotiate settlements and guide clients through mediation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• 2-10 years of litigation experience or a strong desire to excel in litigation.
• Exceptional persuasive writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• High motivation and commitment to becoming an outstanding attorney.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar.
