A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group, focusing on commercial real estate matters. This position is available in multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate, including development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with partners and senior attorneys, supporting a wide range of real estate transactions and client needs.

Duties

• Assist in commercial real estate development projects.
• Manage purchases and sales of real estate properties.
• Handle corporate real estate transactions.
• Negotiate and draft leasing agreements.
• Support mortgage lending processes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the relevant state or eligibility for admission.
