Employment Litigation Associate
The candidate will litigate single-plaintiff and class/representative actions. Handle agency charges. Provide advice and training to clients. Participate in CLE training. Enhance client relationships and personal brand through marketing and business development activities. Should have 3-5 years of employment litigation experience, including drafting of motions and discovery, and conducting legal research. Experience working on wage-and-hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases, and/or single-plaintiff lawsuits for a defense firm is strongly preferred. Should be licensed to practice in California and in good standing with the California Bar.
