Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate must have strong academic credentials and 3+ years experience in pre-litigation personal injury and car accident cases. Should have a demonstrated interest in personal injury/insurance law, strong analytical skills and exceptional communication talent. Will be aggressive on behalf of their clients with solid negotiating skills and the ability to handle a case load of own. JD degree and in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association required. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
