Location

Duties

• Represent secured creditors in various bankruptcy proceedings

• Review and draft legal documents including pleadings, notices, and correspondence

• Manage contested matters and adversary proceedings

• Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the bankruptcy process

• Attend court hearings and argue motions

• Participate in mediation sessions

• Collaborate with support staff to manage bankruptcy case workflow

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience representing creditors in bankruptcy or insolvency matters

• Admitted to practice in Georgia state, federal, and bankruptcy courts

• CM/ECF filing credentials

• Familiarity with secured creditor legal issues

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Georgia Bar membership

• Federal and Bankruptcy Court admissions in Georgia
