Duties

• Manage discovery processes and oversee trial preparations.
• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Draft and argue motions in court.
• Prepare for mediations and represent clients in hearings and trials.

Requirements

• 8+ years of trial experience in civil litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Experience in general liability, product liability, retail, construction, and/or insurance defense preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
