Duties

• Manage a caseload of less than twenty-five cases independently.
• Conduct felony first chair jury trials.
• Handle felony criminal motion hearings and depositions.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and investigators.

Requirements

• Experience as a prosecutor or public defender is advantageous.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

Skills

• Strong trial advocacy skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
