Duties

• Engage in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Assist on commercial litigation matters.

Requirements

• Two to four years of complex litigation experience; may consider up to five years.
• Strong New Jersey state court experience required; federal court experience preferred.
• Interest in product liability and mass tort work.
• Admission to the NJ bar; admission to the NY bar is a plus.
