TD&I Coordinator
The candidate will focus on supporting the firm’s external D&I sponsorships and conferences and Talent Development’s performance processes. Assist with building TD&I decks, collateral and materials, create and maintain accurate and timely record of D&I sponsorships/events, and ensure that information is organized, centralized and deadlines are met. Conduct consistent and reliable communication with internal stakeholders and external clients and follow up on pending responses related to external D&I sponsorships/events. Proofread and work with Marketing to design ads and brochures for sponsorships/events and submit for review through appropriate channels. Maintain inventories and maintain external sponsorship conference giveaways, as well as process all invoices and expense reimbursements for the Talent Development and Inclusion Team Schedules team and stakeholder meetings across the Talent Development and Inclusion teams. Support Talent Development and Inclusion Managers and Specialists to create all printed materials for events including name badges, tent cards, agendas, handouts, etc.. Bachelor’s degree is required. Should have 3+ years’ experience in Professional Development, Human Resources or Diversity and Inclusion and/or professional services environment.
